Our Support Center is designed to handle a wide range of specific requests. You can create a ticket for any of the following purposes:

- Claiming an existing Business Profile.
- Requesting a correction to content on the site.
- Requesting the removal of content.
- Suggesting a new feature for the platform.
- Requesting a new category for products or businesses.
- Inquiring about our paid services and advertising options.
How to Create a New Ticket: A Step-by-Step Guide
Creating a ticket is simple. Here’s how to do it right to ensure the fastest possible response.
1. Navigate to the Support Center
You can find the link to the Support Center in your user dashboard. Look for the "My Support Tickets" link in the menu. From there, click the "Create New Ticket" button.
2. Fill Out the Ticket Form
To help us understand and process your request, please fill out the following fields carefully:
- Category: This is the most important field. Selecting the correct category ensures your request is immediately routed to the right team.
- Title: Please provide a short, clear, and descriptive title.
- Related Business Profile (Optional): If your request is about a specific business, please select it here.
- Description: Provide all relevant details, including links, names, and a thorough explanation.
- Attachments (Optional): Upload supporting documents like business licenses, screenshots, etc.
3. Submit Your Ticket
Once you've filled everything out, click "Submit." A unique ticket will be created for your request.
What Happens Next? Tracking Your Ticket
Our Support Center is a comment-driven system that provides a transparent and permanent record of our conversation.
- View Your Tickets: See a full list of your submitted tickets on the "My Support Tickets" page in your dashboard.
- Communication via Comments: All communication with our team will happen in the "Comments" section of your ticket page.
- Status Updates: The status of your ticket (e.g., New, In Progress, Resolved) will be updated as we work on it.
- Email Notifications: You will receive an email notification whenever there is a new comment or a status update on your ticket.
