A & E Kitchen Service LLC, founded in 2000 provides service for our customers and manufacturers of commercial kitchen equipment. Servicing commercial cooking, preparation, holding, sanitation, refrigeration, warewashing equipment and HVAC needs for restaurants, churches, convenience stores, hospitals, hotels, schools, and institutions throughout southwest Missouri.
A & E Kitchen Service LLC offers the most comprehensive food service equipment maintenance solutions for our customers in the food service arena. Our unique combination of geographic coverage and range of technical expertise provides customers with the ability to consolidate their food service equipment support requirements.
We offer a full range of services that include installation and verify operation per manufacturers specifications, removal and disposal of old equipment, planned preventive maintenance programs, water filtration, and discretionary service on all types of commercial kitchen equipment. This equipment includes but is not limited to grills, steamers, ovens, toasters, fryers, heat lamps, ice machines, coolers, freezers, A/C, heating, hoods, makeup air, coffee and tea machines, grinders, beer and beverage systems, cappuccino and commercial espresso beverage equipment, commercial microwaves, and dishwashers. We also offer minor construction, electrical, plumbing and on-site or shop welding.
We provide factory authorized warranty service for more than 150 of the industry's leading manufacturers. We provide the best of factory training, documentation and other support to ensure that our team is equipped to handle warranty repairs on all of the leading manufacturer's products. Our customers can expect that their equipment will be maintained competently and in compliance with original factory specifications.
Our service department currently supports a field service force of 5 technicians, dispatcher and parts manager providing service in southwest Missouri including the Springfield, Branson and Joplin areas. Our team of factory trained and industry-certified technicians have the expertise, tools, and the dedication to do the job quickly, cost effectively, and right the first time. Certified in electric, gas, steam and refrigeration on average our technicians have at least 15 years of experience.
