Business Description

Gary's East Coast Service started in March of 1994, by Gary and Angela Petitti. They worked 24/7 out of the garage of their home! From the beginning their idea was to create a company that focused on customer service, professionalism and old fashioned family values. 

In 2004, Gary's East Coast Service officially became the first Connecticut based company to become CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Association) Certified. CFESA became an invaluable source for information regarding the service industry. Gary took advantage of the gas, electric and steam training manuals. He began making sure all his technicians where factory trained and encouraged them to become Master Certified Technicians. 

Today, Gary’s East Coast Service has expanded its territory into the entire state of CT and parts of Massachusetts and New York state. We continue to grow and meet the challenges of a small business in the modern world.
