Over 50 years ago, AKM was started by the Elliott family in Philadelphia. Being a family business has offered our customers the loyalty and quality only AKM could provide. Still today, you can step into our offices any day of the week and find at least a half dozen “Elliotts” working to serve you.
American Kitchen is currently staffed by factory trained CFESA certified technicians. Our offices are home to friendly and hardworking customer service representatives that are waiting to help you with all your service needs.
Keeping with the ever demanding needs of the kitchen industry, in 1998 AKM expanded our already large parts department and opened our second set of doors. The AKM parts department is a direct connection between you and the manufactures. Processing your order quickly and efficiently is the parts department sole priority.
